Morning Bus Shuttle[edit]
This year our conference venue is further away from the participant accommodation. Therefore, we organised a bus transfer from your accommodation to the venue in the mornings of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (30 March - 1 April). All participants are asked to arrive at the respective bus gathering point on schedule!
At baxpax downtown Hostel Hotel:
- 8:15 gathering for bus transfer
- 8:30 departure
- in front of the hostel entrance on Ziegelstraße
At NH Hotel Friedrichstraße:
- 8:45 bus departure
- in Planckstraße, just around the corner from the hotel main entrance
It could be rather inconvenient to travel from the accommodation to the conference venue on your own in the mornings as you might lose time changing trains several times. The conference program will commence punctually. In order not to miss out on parts of the program or to be late for events you are involved in, please make sure you are on time for the bus transfer.
Public Transport Information[edit]
The train station closest to our conference venue is U Berliner Straße where two U-Bahn lines cross: 
(east-west) and 
(north-south). Also, Cluboffice is a 10 minutes walk away from Bundesplatz station with access to the circle lines 
and 
.
It is a 40 to 45-minutes trip to get from baxpax downtown Hostel Hotel to Cluboffice on the public transports. There are two options for travel.

| 1 | Catch underground line  at station Oranienburger Tor or Friedrichstraße, direction Alt-Mariendorf.

Walk down Friedrichstraße (southward) to train station Friedrichstraße. Catch an aboveground train (lines  to Spandau,  to Westkreuz or  to Potdsam).

| 2 | Change at Mehringdamm station to underground line , direction Rathaus Spandau.

Change at Zoologischer Garten station to underground line , direction Rathaus Steglitz.

| 3 | Exit at Berliner Straße station using the right exit leading southward to Berchiner Straße. | |
