通過上次會議記錄[edit]

Railhk0512動議修訂上次會議紀錄中其他事項加入「Railhk0512讀出其認為籌委會可改善地方的意見書」一段，並在段中加入「籌委會經討論後未有結論」。
動議在10票支持、零票反對及一票棄權下獲得通過
經修訂後，籌備委員第二十三次會議紀錄獲得通過

Stewart~惡龍報告
- 報告城峰閣訂場事宜：己落訂HKD300，香檳另計，約每支HKD50
- 展示場地草圖，食物放置於典禮場地外面
- 報告各商店印製Banner、X架及易拉架的價格

討論事項[edit]

成立大典各事項之討論
1. 成立大典宣傳及佈置物品
  - 經討論後，會議認為須印製Banner及X架各一
  - 各委員可在7月3日星期二前提交Banner及X架設計
2. 司儀事宜
  - 會議決定對三位自願擔任司儀的委員進行對其司儀能力之臨場測試
  - 臨場測試後，除三位司儀候選人外，其餘委員對司儀最終人選進行了閉門會議
  - 經閉門會議商討後，決定委任翹仔一人為成立大典司儀
3. 關於邀請各地維基人一事
  - 大陸方面：主席已經聯絡部份大陸維基人大典當天來港
  - 澳門方面：黑武士仲尼負責聯絡當地維基人

其他事項[edit]

會員證事宜
- 經討論後，會議上建議協會成立後，理事會可每月簽發一次會員證，而會員身份的有效期則為一年
- 除了各簽署會章的協會發起人之會員身份由7月14日起生效外，其餘會員之會員身份將會於8月1日起生效
WMHK網址事宜
- 主席表示Stewart~惡龍應儘快與Wikimedia Foundation討論的WMHK網址事宜安排
Railhk0512讀出《Railhk0512對籌委會問題的意見2》
- Stewart~惡龍動議押後Railhk0512的發表，TYC和議
- 有關動議在8票支持、零票反對及1票棄權下獲得通過。Railhk0512的發表被押後。

The minutes of the 23^rd meeting of the Committee were confirmed.

Reports[edit]

Reports from Stewart.
- The price of CityTopRest: $300HKD is used to reservation, and each alcoholic beverage cost $50HKD
- Plan of CityTopRest is drawn, the refreshments are placed near the doorside.
- About the design of Banner, the modification of the dimension should be considered; the use of X-stand and easy stand are also introduced.
- Design of the banner are suggested in two ways.(1. the logo only; 2, the logo with a blank space) Every committee is free to design.

Discussion[edit]

Membership card issue.
- The consensus on membership card and the vaildation duration had been made. The membership card is made every month, and the vaildation period of members is one year.
- Other than constitutional members, whose membership is activated in 14th July each year, the ordinary members have their membership activated on 1st August.
Discussion on the details of Establishment ceremony.
1. Matter for the Master of Ceremony
  - A sudden test and then a closed-door conference is conducted to choose suitable candidate for the MC post among the three volunteers.
  - Nearly all members want a person to be the Master of Ceremony.
  - Deryck Chan is chosen to be the M.C. candidate.
2. Invitations
  - Mainland China：Chairperson had contacted part of the Chinese wikipedians to come, and join the summer meeting.
  - Macau：黑武士仲尼 is in charged of contacting the Macau wikipedians
3. WMHK official page
  - Chairperson suggested some committee member to urge the Wikimedia Foundation to reply the matter of official site.

Other business[edit]

Railhk0512 presented the proposal on the improvement of the committee members for the 2nd time.
- Stewart proposed to put off the act of Railhk0512 (i.e. such issue would not be discussed in the conference), TYC seconded for that, and is agreed with 8 votes.

Next meeting will be scheduled at 6:30 pm, on 7^th July, 2007
