- What has been done so far
- we participate round-the-year to local and national events and fairs, seminars, lectures in classrooms, etc. for promoting WMF projects in Italy [1]
- we support and collaborate in nation-wide petitions and campaigns [2]
- we organized some on-line and off-line initiatives [3] (Wiki@home, WikiAfrica, BWM, Biblioteca, Musica)
- 3rd part publishers released a DVD-version of it:wp and a handbook about Wikipedia and the Wikis
- development of a free-software DVD-version by the Politecnico di Torino

- to get a stable homebase, sooner or later
- to be recognized as ONLUS or similar (that is a "charity" in Italy); this grants tax deductibility on donations for the donors and other facilitations ("5 per mille", etc.)
- we applied [4] for having a 2-day national event funded (10 k€) by a bank in 2009 - this is our first attempt of such a kind in collaboration with 3rd part publishers
