The membership dues shall be X.

General membership meetings shall be held on the first Sunday of every second month, except as decided otherwise by the Board of Directors, or by a committee duly organized or designated for such purpose.
[edit] Delegates
The Delegate(s) to the Foundation, elected by the Members and the Out of Region Members together, shall help select chapter-selected seats on the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, through whatever mechanism and in whatever number may be established in accordance with the Foundation's network of chapters. In the event that such a mechanism is not established, no Delegate(s) to the Foundation shall be elected.
