RESOLVED, that Wikimedia Philippines Inc. shall enroll with the Bureau of Internal Revenue in its "Electronic Filing and Payment System" (eFPS) for the electronic processing and transmission of its tax return information and taxes due to the Philippine government;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that Jose Roel G. Balingit, Treasurer of Wikimedia Philippines Inc. shall be the authorized user of the eFPS, and shall register using the e-mail account: treasurer
wikimedia.org.ph;
RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that other supplemental requirements be furnished to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Revenue District No. 47 for the processing of the application.
