1. Who are the people behind this application?

Algerian Wikipedians and Wikimedians with a support of Wikipedian friends from other countries.
Some of them are not Algerians but they support the creation of a User Group in Algeria, some of the Algerian :Wikipedians/Wikimedians are living abroad.
many contributors living abroad are Algerian immigrants; they often come in the summer to see their families in different :cities of Algeria
and we often meet several appointments
