I'm an administrator in Russian Wikipedia (and Wikimedia Commons too). I regularly discuss requests on ВП:ВУС (russian analogue of WP:DELREV). In addition I deal with licensing of images. Accordingly, the nature of its activities, I frequently encounter the need to double-check OTRS-tickets or process a new one. Unfortunately, without access to the system, I cannot do it, so my job is not too effective. |
