Discussion[edit]

@ديفيد عادل وهبة خليل 2: - I'm not clear what this proposal means. Can you not watch the page by clicking the watch checkbox when saving page? Or the icon on top? What specific text are you referring to? Also, a reminder that you are limited to 3 proposals only. Thanks. -- NKohli (WMF) (talk) 19:24, 10 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@NKohli (WMF): e.g. I like to watch the pages when using {{Delete}} and I need this page to be automatically watched when I add the template.Thank you --ديفيد عادل وهبة خليل 2 (talk) 19:50, 10 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. But do you think everyone will also like the same? Different editors have different workflows and others may not like it when pages get automatically watched. -- NKohli (WMF) (talk) 19:55, 10 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Can this be done by having the template add works to a category, and then watching the category? —Beleg Tâl (talk) 01:23, 12 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
This seems like a duplicate of 2017 Community Wishlist Survey/Watchlists/More Options for Auto-Watching. Anomie (talk) 16:51, 13 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The survey has a limit of three proposals per person; archiving this one at the proposer's request. -- DannyH (WMF) (talk) 21:39, 13 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
