Abhinav Srivastava, India, member, WMIN and contributes to Hindi/English language Wikimedia projects and working with The Wikipedia Library. Former Board Member, Wikimedia India

2. Appointment of (deputy) liasion to chair of WMF The group decides to appoint Ad as liasion to chair of WMF and Abhinav as deputy.

3. Draft process and timeline After deliberation, the outline of process and timeline is:

By April 7th - finalize agreement (resolution) and send to the board
By April 15th - Get approval from board
Nominations - 15-30th April
Voting - during May.
Results - by the end of June.

Jeffrey and Shani volunteered to draft a proposal, with help of Lane, for the presentation at the Wikimedia Summit as only Jeffrey and Shani will be in Berlin for the summit.
