I served as a supporting officer for Hausa Wikimedians User Group during the implementation of the movement strategy, and currently a co-founder of the Kiwix Wikimedians User Group (Non-Recognized User Group)
Have you served on any committees (movement-related or otherwise)? And what was your role on the committee(s)? Yes, I have been part of the movement strategy implementation team for the Hausa Wikimedians User Group.
Please describe any experience you have with conflict resolution and/or consensus building. I solve problem through enquiry and resolve approach. I have several engagement in solving conflicts especially in the minorities community were language differences is a great barrier.
In your ideal world, what does the affiliate model and ecosystem look like? In a modest system I look the affiliate body as a family uniter, that breeds new and old groups towards a reasonable level of open source advancement in a lawful, and development orientation.
In your ideal world, what are AffCom’s roles and responsibilities in relation to the movement and affiliates? They serves as a supporting team to the Wikimedia movement by ensuring recognization in the best way for effective development.
