My colleagues reaches out whenever they see a situation is about to be unpleasant. Example, some passengers are sometimes stubborn to follow established rules for safety and security of passengers and the plane. Every time am involved in such a situation, i make sure the security culture is not compromised but also the passenger is giving the cooperation intentionally and left with satisfaction. I like it when a passenger says, "Thank you so much, you do it politely" and other compliments which shows satisfaction. | |
| In your ideal world, what does the affiliate model and ecosystem look like? | In Tanzania we have not less than 5 user groups, this includes experienced and less experienced communities. My ideal affiliate model is one that is Equitable, Collaborative and Responsive to local context. Affiliates should never feel isolated, I envision all affiliates in Tanzania to be a great supportive network sharing resources, tools and opportunities. The ideal ecosystem would offer transparency and support to every community whether small or large to contribute meaningfully to free knowledge. | |
