I worked at Ukrainian Railways and the Ministry of Transport as the head of the international department and have visited the mentioned countries countless times, so I am very familiar with their culture. | |

In Wikimedia Ukraine I am a member of Mini Grants Committee, Scholarships Committee. I am initiator and member of several organizational committees of wiki-contests in Ukrainian Wikipedia. | |
| Please describe any experience you have with conflict resolution and/or consensus building. | I've helped resolve disagreements and build consensus in the Wikimedia community since co-founding Wikimedia Ukraine. It is important to listen carefully, clarify issues, and find solutions that respect both community norms and individual perspectives. I also was an administrator of the Ukrainian Wikipedia and have experience in helping to find consensus in conflicts over content. | |
| In your ideal world, what does the affiliate model and ecosystem look like? | I envision clear roles, simple procedures, and mutual accountability. Affiliates focus on their local or thematic priorities. They get support from regional hubs and WMF. The movement's resources are distributed fairly. The distribution should be based on impact and good governance. | |
| In your ideal world, what are AffCom’s roles and responsibilities in relation to the movement and affiliates? | AffCom should act as a facilitator, it should empower communities to self-organize, ensures fairness and transparency. AffCom should support affiliates in building good governance and self-sustainability. AffCom should also work closely with regional hubs to make our movement more decentralized and strong. | |
| What role within AffCom are you most interested in: advisory or voting member? | I like to make informed and rational decisions, so I would prefer to be a voting member. However, an advisory role is also very interesting. | |
