Considering that:

Matamshi ya kuteuliwa kwa mwenyekiti na mweka hazina yanakaribia mwisho wao, nayo nafasi cha naibu mwenyekiti iko wazi.

In accordance with section II of the Rules of Procedure of this Committee, it shall be presided over by a chairperson and a vice-chair, both appointed by resolution;

Utoaji wa bajeti ya kamati utasimamiwa na kufuatiliwa na mweka hazina aliyechaguliwa kwa azimio;

An election procedure has been carried out and as a result, three members have been elected to occupy those appointments.

It is hereby resolved that:

Bence Damokos is appointed as Chair, Carlos Colina as Vice-Chair and María Sefidari as Treasurer of this Committee for a one-year term from 12 March, 2013 to 31 March, 2014 or until their resignation.
