चूँकि:

1. विकिमीडिया के सदस्य समूहों को मान्यता प्रदान करना संबद्धता समिति की ज़िम्मेदारी है;
2. मई 2013 में नेपाल के विकिमीडियाई को, 28 मई 2014 को समाप्त एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए विकिमीडिया के एक सदस्य समूह के रूप में मान्यता प्रदान की गई थी।
3. Wikimedians of Nepal User group has requested the renewal of recognition for another year;
4. The current status and work developed by Wikimedians of Nepal has been reviewed by the Affiliations Committee and was discussed on their annual report Meta page;
5. They keep the minimum requirements to be a Wikimedia User Group and have been developing programmatic work for a year.
6. It is the opinion of the Affiliations Committee that the group meets the requirements for renewing the Wikimedia User Group status;
7. A user group may later be recognized as a chapter or a thematic organization if it meets the additional requirements for another year.

लिहाज़ा:

संकल्प लिया जाए कि नेपाल के विकिमीडियाई के विकिमीडिया के समूह की स्थिति को 28 मई 2014 से 28 मई 2015 को समाप्त एक और वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नवीकृत किया जाए।

मान्यता की अवधि के अंत में समूह एक अध्याय या फिर विषयगत संगठन के रूप में मान्यता के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है।

The Affiliations Committee recommends to Wikimedians of Nepal User Group to pay more attention to documentation of activities and improve those practices related to keep a public record of their works.
