  • The vice-chair position of the Committee has become vacant following the passing of Cynthia Ashley-Nelson.
  • In accordance with section II of our "Rules of Procedure", the Committee shall be presided over by a chairperson and a vice-chair both appointed by resolution.


It is hereby resolved that

Greg Varnum is appointed as Vice-Chair of this Committee for a one-year term from May 25, 2014 to May 25, 2015 or until his resignation.
