Improv[edit]

  • I oppose Ambi for General Secretary unless he promises not to incorporate his position on schools into any sort of policy for the group. Pending such a promise, I nominate/vote for myself. I will withdraw my nomination/vote on such a promise, and instead Abstain. --Improv 18:18, 23 Oct 2004 (UTC)
    • That's just my personal opinion. As I stated in the intro, there are many different degrees of deletionism, and it's unreasonable that we should all have the same opinions. (and for the record, I often do vote delete on schools, unless the article provides a good claim for its continued existence). Oh, and I'm female, btw. Ambi 04:09, 24 Oct 2004 (UTC)
      • Good enough for me. I withdraw my opposition, and Abstain on General Secretary. Incidentally, I think we should keep the bar to recalling the general secretary lower (60%) to make it easier, when needed, to recall them. --Improv 04:30, 28 Oct 2004 (UTC)
        • Thanks, Ambi! --Improv 20:11, 28 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Yay! Vive le difference! Actually, I've made a legit suggestion to the most ardent defender of school articles to start a wiki of his own. He's up for the idea when his schedule allows. See what exclusion and establishment of standards can do? Oh da fun! - Lucky 6.9 05:54, 25 Oct 2004 (UTC)
    • This is a good idea. I actually find it a shame that the information isn't kept somewhere, I just feel that Wikipedia is the wrong place for it. The same goes, actually, for a number of things I vote to delete. --Improv 20:11, 28 Oct 2004 (UTC)
