| February - March | Application | CEE Hub announces the program and opens applications for Mentees. The call lasts one month (with the possibility of extension). Mentees submit their applications, outlining their learning goals. |
| March - April | Matching | For applicants without an already dedicated mentor, the CEE Hub staff and/or Community Capacity Working Group members will find a Mentor after applications are submitted. Mentees are paired with the most relevant Mentors based on topic and availability. |
| April - May | Planning | Matched pairs create their joint activity plan. The final budget is prepared for them, and CEE Hub staff books all travel and accommodation. |
| May - September | Execution | The on-site visit takes place according to the planned schedule. |
| November | Impact review | Participants submit their final reports. CEE Hub holds a Mentee focus group session to summarise their expriences and lessons learnt. |
