CIS-A2K (Centre for Internet and Society - Access to Knowledge) is a campaign to promote the fundamental principles of justice, freedom, and economic development. It deals with issues like copyrights, patents and trademarks, which are an important part of the digital landscape.

    • Core Content Policies (NPOV, VER, NOR)
    • Words to watch
    • What Wikipedia is not?
  • 11:15 am to 11:30 am: Break
  • 11:30 am to 1:00 pm
    • Group activity: Participants split up in pairs and take two articles each and assess them according to the above said policies
  • 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm: Lunch
  • 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm
    • Manual of Style and layout of an article
    • Citations and references on en Wikipedia (IRS)
  • 3:45 pm to 4:00 pm: Break
  • 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm:
    • Wiki-markup basics and sandbox practice
    • Three mainspace fixes, for each participant

    • More editing practice on mainspace
