Series of WikiLoves Monument session[edit]
CIS-A2K conducted a series of online sessions to promote and motivate the old and new group of Wikimedians to take part in WLM2020. We mobilised groups from various places to prepare lists, get the official lists and involve them in the movement. Some success was there in spite of difficult situations, especially in Maharashtra. Pune and Aurangabad could not take up as the local mobilisers had to face COVID positive cases at home/relatives. Facebook live session on Srujansheel forum[edit]
CIS-A2K with help of Srujansheel forum conducted FB live session to spread awareness about Wikimedia projects, re-licensing process and open knowledge creation. The FB video has reached 11,000 plus viewers in 4 weeks. As of now, two authors & two organisations have shown interest in re-licensing, one organisation and two thematic groups would like to generate content through specific Wiki projects on Wikipedia. read more..
