Q: What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A: I have created more than 1450 articles in Bengali Wikipedia on different topics. My major contribution in Wikipedia is on History of Tibet, Biographies of Buddhist monks of different Tibetan Buddhist lineage and Dynasties of Ancient India and Indo-Greek kingdoms. I also regularly expand stubs to make them look like decent ones. Apart from my role as editor, I also have to look for other maintenance works and fight vandalism on a regular basis as admin right has been trusted upon me by the community.
Q What kind of support you are looking for?
- A: I want to learn Javascript and Python. I also want to get a training on how to use AWB, semi-bots and bots along with other relevant tools and gadgets.
- Teaching Javascipt and Pyhton -- these are not directly part of our training. You may try online learning websites such as CodeAcademy or W3Schools. About AWB, I hope you are already using it. Do you want to learn about any particular feature or task? About gadgets: we'll start by discussing important gadgets and tools.
