The GLAM-Wiki initiative (GLAM is an acronym for galleries, libraries, archives and museums) helps cultural institutions share their resources with the world through high-impact collaboration alongside experienced Wikipedia editors. It is an unparalleled opportunity for the custodians of our cultural heritage to present their collections to new audiences. This page chronicles GLAM-related activity within the Cascadia region.

- 01.04: Wiki Loves Libraries – Missoula, Montana
- 03.02: Wikipedia training by Another Believer for law librarians from the Washington County Law Library – Portland, Oregon
- 04.12: Presentation by Another Believer to the Oregon Symphony – Portland, Oregon
- 04.26–28: Cascadian Wikipedians Another Believer (Portland), Bluerasberry (Seattle) and The Interior (Vancouver, B.C.) attended GLAM Boot Camp, a 3-day training workshop for Wikipedians interested in gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to assist with GLAM-Wiki projects. The workshop was held at the National Archives Building in Washington, D.C., and was hosted by Wikimedia District of Columbia and the National Archives and Records Administration.
- 07.10: Presentation by Another Believer to the Regional Arts & Culture Council – Portland, Oregon
- 08.16: Establishment of the Oregon Arts Project, an on-wiki initiative to improve coverage of the arts in Oregon
- 10.13: Wiki Loves Libraries at the Portland Art Museum's Crumpacker Family Library – Portland, Oregon

- 09.22: Multnomah County Library hosted a private, "behind-the-scenes" tour of the Central Library as part of Wikipedia Takes Portland. Photographs were uploaded to Commons as part of Wiki Loves Monuments 2012. – Portland, Oregon
