Wikipedia memiliki lebih dari 1,9 juta artikel biografi. Kurang dari 20% di antaranya adalah tentang perempuan dan orang-orang non-biner. Referensi, gambar, dan perspektif perempuan dan non-biner memiliki kesenjangan yang sama di Wikipedia. Agar Wikipedia dapat menjadi kumpulan pengetahuan manusia, hal ini perlu diubah. Dengan kesenjangan gender yang begitu besar, kita belum mencapai tujuan ini. Hari Perempuan Internasional adalah momen penting untuk menyadarkan diri kita akan kesenjangan gender bagi perempuan dan semua kelompok yang kurang terwakili, serta memperkuat upaya-upaya kita untuk memastikan keterwakilan semua kalangan.
Halaman ini merangkum beberapa acara yang berlangsung pada atau sekitar Hari Perempuan Internasional (8 Maret) dan Bulan Sejarah Perempuan pada bulan Maret 2025. Kegiatan kami pada bulan ini adalah bekerja sama untuk mengatasi kesenjangan gender.
