Central Notice admin comments[edit]

There is a campaign running in Nigeria at the moment, as well as a global one that is targetted at several African countries. I could approve your request, but I am have to set a diet on this campaign, because of the number of banners currently on display. Ciell (talk) 19:11, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello Ciell, Thank you for your response. Thank you for informing me about the several campaigns that are running. I wonder if it is possible to be flexible with the diet? I mean... Since this campaign would run from October to November, it would be cool to allow a more frequent push when there are not that many other banners running, while you can diet as necessary whenever it gets more crowded. What do you think?
The preview looks great! I have no problems with it, except maybe the "Meer informatie" on the right side, which doesn't read like English. Please check that out? And yes, the Wikipedia list provided is a good coverage area! Thank you very much!--Jamie Tubers (talk) 19:01, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Well spotted! It is just in the preview though, apparently it caches my personal language preferences. This would be the English version.
It is possible to be more flexible with the diet, but I'll have to adjust things by hand during the campaign, or set up two different campaigns for 2 consecutive periods. Let me think about what is the least work, and I'll get back to you. ;) Ciell (talk) 20:01, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I'm just going to change things manually. I'll start without the diet, but maybe after the first week or so set the diet~to show once a week per user. And then again the first few days of November full display. How does that sound? Ciell (talk) 17:27, 24 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
