The translations should still be available and the link for more translations correct, the settings with 300+ edits will remain. @Xeno (WMF), Keegan (WMF), and Ajraddatz: The campaign for the call for candidates has also been created. Please find here the campaign page and banner (preview).
I have created the banner in a way that it will be reusable in future elections (i.e., without an end date) which will reduce burden on translators and CN translation admins. Furthermore, I have added a script to the banner which will disable the banner for those with less than 500 local edits and with a registration date more recent than 12 months (= no registration date for those accounts created before 2005). Please check everything, approve it and ping me so that I can enable the campaign.
