Description - Traditionally, Wikimedia Ukraine runs a local edition of CEE Spring in Ukrainian Wikipedia. Ukrainian Wikipedia has always shown strong results in the contest, and having a banner campaign is key to its successful promotion. We're requesting a banner for ten days, a third of the contest's duration.

Metrics - 500 articles created/improved, 40 people participated
