What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?[edit]

Description - With this banner campaign, casual editors between one and four edits per month will be targeted. They will be thanked for their participation, encouraged to increase their activities by pointing them to useful tasks and where they can find support onwiki and by chapters.
