What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?[edit]

Description - «Discover the world. Start with the sister cities» is a thematic 4 month long Wikipedia article creation and Wikimedia Commons image upload contest organized by Wikimedia Russia, which is dedicated to creation and improvement of articles about sightseeing sites of the cities, towns and districts of the Russian Federation and their foreign sister or twin cities and partner territories, as well as uploading images for illustrating these. The month-long campaign is broken into 4 one week long campaigns in the beginning of every month, to reach new audiences or remind those who forgot.
