What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?[edit]

Description - Experienced editors: Help preserve Wikipedia's integrity by patrolling new articles. Become a "New Pages Reviewer"!
Above is the heading for the banner. Currently, Wikipedia needs more numbers of active users to handle the task of "New Page Reviewer". Currently there are around 450 reviewers, but most of the activity is done only by 10% of the reviewers. Since last few days, the reviewers have been able to hold the backlog of unreviewed pages around 21,000. As of recently, the number of backlog is not increasing, but it is not decreasing either. It is thought, if there are more contributors at the task (around 1500), then the backlog might decrease markedly. There has been lots of discussion(s) regarding this issue on the talk page of the project. That's how the idea of this notice came forward. I apologise if I haven't proposed this request properly. I hope, with collaboration, this banner/notice will be created, and will be displayed similar to this. If there is anything that you would like to discuss about, kindly ping me and ask.
