What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The french speaking Wikipedia community alerted wikimedia france that one of their patroll tools is now obsolete. We are working with Octotechnology to rethink the tool entirely, specifically to make patroll onboarding easier. We'd like to share a poll to know more about users' habits and frustrations, to learn if and why they use or don't use LiveRC as it is and to figure out if a mobile version is necessary.

Checked the calendar and there don't seem to be any other campaigns on fr.wikipedia at that time. Wikimedia France is not organizing an edition of Wiki Loves Monuments. Not sure if volunteers are.
