Description - This is a call for candidates to nominate oneself to the Movement Charter Drafting Committee. Outreach has been done on project village pumps, yet it has been recommended to run a Central Notice to increase awareness regarding this important global movement matter.

Probably it is more relevant for Wikimedians, so it would make sense to target logged in accounts.
