I would be happy to set up this campaign for you, but I think the sitenotice of the Haitian creole Wikipedia would be a better fit for your request. You only want the banner to be shown on the Haitian Wikipedia, correct? Hi @Kitanago, okay!

So the place for the sitenotice only for the Haitian Creole Wikipedia is ht:MedyaWiki:Sitenotice. I see there is already a notice active, but this one is active with the same text since 2016, so maybe you can kindly ask one of your local admins to replace the current text with the banner you proposed here. Sitenotices are controled from the local wiki's, and you do not need to go through the processes on Meta - most of the time this means it is much easier to coordinate. :) Ciell (talk) 13:11, 2 October 2022 (UTC)
