What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Wikipedia 20 is an event that has already occurred in many wikis, which consists of Wikipedia's 20th anniversary, and now the turn of Wikipedia in Portuguese is coming up on May 11th. Then, the banner will serve to publicize the anniversary of the Portuguese version and attract all internet users who access the site, to wish or leave a message of congratulations to 20 years.

@Ciell: You can place only for Portuguese-speaking countries: Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Portugal, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Timor-Leste, Macau, Cape Verde and São Tomé and Príncipe. Juan90264 (talk) 13:49, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
