What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - From 8th to 10st September, the conference of the de Wikimedia projects WikiCon 2017 takes place in Leipzig, Germany. The campaign aims at raising awareness for the event among german speaking Wikimedians in order to attract visitors to participate the conference.
