What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - We would like to invite Logged-in users to join German WikiCon 2024 in Wiesbaden for online attendence. This request is made as a organising Team member of WikiCon 2024. We ask for a lower Banner/Campaign Diet than for the banner for on site participation.

Metrics - We want up to hundred people to sign up.
