@AlphaLemur:, hi! Here’s the campaign and the banner (preview). I’ve also added Wikiquote, Wikivoyage, and Wiktionary, since it looks like there are active editors in Australia who could benefit from this as well :-). Let me know if you’d like any changes — otherwise, I can go ahead and enable the campaign. Best, --Soylacarli (talk) 18:16, 20 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks @Soylacarli, this is great. Thanks for including the other projects as well. We hope to see as many Australian WIkimedians as possible at the event. I am hapy to proceed :) AlphaLemur (talk) 12:20, 21 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
awesome! It's enabled :) Best, Soylacarli (talk) 13:46, 21 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
@AlphaLemur: When I was reading the request, it came to my mind that targeting Aboriginal language Wikipedias, too, so that you get an even broader audience at the conference. But when I look at the enwiki article about Australian Aboriginal languages, it seems that they haven't yet left the Incubator. — But maybe this can still be a topic of your WikiCon! Good luck for the organization. :) Best, —DerHexer (Talk) 11:14, 22 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks @DerHexer, great idea though - we had some of the people who worked on the Noongarpedia incubator as guest speakers at our last WikiCon. We hope to see these projects continue! AlphaLemur (talk) 23:38, 22 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
