What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?[edit]

Description - A world-class event, the WikiConvention aims to bring together contributors to Wikimedia projects throughout the Francophonie, over a weekend, to promote cooperation between the various actors and actresses of the movement. The WikiConvention is in its fourth edition for French-speaking countries, as it may have been in other languages such as Spanish, German or Dutch (non-exhaustive list on WikiCon). This year the WikiConvention is coming to Brussels after three French editions.

Metrics - Will be measured by participation at the WikiConvention.

Is this project grant funded? Please provide a link[edit]

Type of grant - Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, Google, Ministère de la culture de France, Université Libre de Bruxelle.

Link to grant - Finance are provided through multiple organisations. The event revolves around patronage, not donations, nor grants.
