- @Hillun Vilayl Napis (WMID): I've created the banner and campaign. It will look like that. However, you did not provide an English text which I could add to the banner. Please give me these texts and ping me. Furthermore, please add an English translation for c:Commons:WikiKaleidoskop. Otherwise, I cannot switch it on for English language settings. Please use the Translate extension, a Commons translation administrator will help you with that. Hello @DerHexer: Our target is Indonesian people who open Commons, id.wikipedia and en.wikipedia. Do you still need the English text and English translation for c:Commons:WikiKaleidoskop to run the banner? If so, we will provide it soon.

- @Hillun Vilayl Napis (WMID) and Raymond (WMID): Thank you for providing the English translation. I've changed it accordingly and switched on the Indonesian version. Sadly, there seems to be a misunderstanding how CentralNotice works: We cannot target particular projects, we can target all projects (like Wikipedia and Commons) where people set specific language settings in their preferences (like English or Indonesian). So currently, the campaign runs on all Wikipedias and on Commons where people have set Indonesian as language of their interface and their IP is based in Indonesia. It could be me when I switch to Indonesian setting on English Wikipedia. If you want to reach out to all people with English interface on all Wikipedias and Commons whose IP is based in Indonesia, you should provide an English translation of the landing page.
