Description - Wikimania is the Wikimedia movement annual conference, held since 2005. As in the previous years, the organizers want to spread the word as widely as possible to attract a wider and more diverse audience. (See previous year's request for reference).

Metrics - at least 2,000 people registered for the event

@Aced: I've adjusted the banner to look similar to File:Wikimania2022 banner-three color mockup.png and checked the preview on desktop and mobile. Does it work for you, too? @DerHexer: looks great, thanks a lot! One comment – if possible, I think we can remove the button "Register" as the banner looks somewhat too big, especially on mobile. (On a technical note, I might be away today, so pinging also Omar sansi & ELappen (WMF) who are involved in banner design and can communicate if I'm absent). Aced (talk) 17:17, 25 July 2022 (UTC)

When you confirm it, I will enable the campaign. @WMF: An HTML/CSS version would make things so much easier, maybe take that into concern for next year. Thank you!
