What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?[edit]

Description - As part of a reader outreach programme, I'd like to request a standing campaign for use by the Wikimedia Blog over the next month. This would be a low-level campaign, low priority, heavily restricted impressions.

Metrics - generally aiming for 10000 views for any respective blog post

Community Feedback[edit]

@Seddon (WMF): Why are we running a CentralNotice banner for blog posts? This feels more like a banner ad than an important announcement for the community (what CentralNotice was intended for). Personally, I would prefer that we not run CentralNotice banners for things like this.
