What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?[edit]

Description - We are planning to run a user survey for users in Norway in November, and were told we should reserve a spot already. The survey questions, etc are not done yet, but we will be working with EGalvez (WMF) to get the necessary approval.

@Seddon: Everything is ready for this from our side after some delays. Can you set up a banner with the following text, and with the Wikimedia Norge logo (float:right)?
