| Abstract:
The biggest question facing most community organizers is "how to attract [more] volunteers?". I would like to share some collected wisdom from 25 years of community work around the world. In particular, I emphasize the great diversity of volunteer motivations, each of which suggests potential methods for recruiting and retaining volunteers. Participants will be encouraged to share their own experience. |
