Structure of the training
[edit]- What are the objectives of the training? Have they been stated and discussed with the participants?
- What are the main phases of the training? What strategies are adopted? Is a variation in the working method perceptible between the various phases?
Action of the trainer
[edit]- Does the trainer clearly and adequately present the training content? Which methods are most and least effective?
- Has the trainer clearly presented the deliverables for the different activities (if any)? Which methods are most and least effective?
- Does the trainer effectively lead the group, generating and maintaining a positive climate? With which tools?
Relationship with participants
[edit]- Have the participants' skills and motivation been considered?
- How is classroom interaction managed? Does the trainer stimulate participation and is he/she open to discussion?
Overall assessment
[edit]- How do you assess this training? What were the strengths and what could be improved?
- What were the critical/difficult moments of the training (conflicts, misunderstandings, technical difficulties, etc.)? Did you expect them? How were they solved?
- Were the time schedules respected? Was all the planned content presented/discussed/worked on? How were any exceptions handled?
- Were prospects for further or deeper work provided?
