6. What is the change you are trying to bring? What are the main challenges or problems you are trying to solve? Describe this change or challenges, as well as main approaches to achieve it. (required)

C. N. Annadurai's writings possess the remarkable ability to impart profound political knowledge and the need of social movement to common people especially women. Although he has many works in mass media; his short stories are still highly regarded and continue to be beneficial to women for re-marriage, meaning less social customs etc.. Therefore, in Tamil Wikisource, we completed 51 short stories by  21 books / 2413 pages. ([1])  All the 21 short story books have been proofread completed and converted into text documents. And also two female contributors created the two short story audio books from the proofread completed texts. The objective of this project is  uploading remaining short stories from selected books / periodicals for the proofreading. And also we will select 20 short stories to make audio books with public domain license (CC0) after the completion of the proofreading process in Tamil Wikisource by women contributors. So, I am going to conduct a one day work shop. The women contributors will discuss and decide the place of the short story proofreading and audio book making workshop after the confirmation of this application.

7. What are the planned activities? (required) Please provide a list of main activities. You can also add a link to the public page for your project where details about your project can be found. Alternatively, you can upload a timeline document. When the activities include partnerships, include details about your partners and planned partnerships.
  1. The missing short stories of C. N. Annadurai are first published around approximately 50 years ago around 1955 to 1968. After the time, few publishers are republished with out any systematic way i.e., they published according to their wish. So,  I am going to search in selected public libraries of Tamil Nadu as i successfully completed in my earlier project.
  2. After the pages are found and digitized, the pages need to be cleaned. Only then, we will able to the proofreading process proceed quickly. Training for this will be conducted one day, with priority given to interested women.
  3. Additional online training will be provided to female contributors as needed. This training will ensure the successful completion of the proofreading of the remaining short story pages and the publication of their text documents.
  4. After the proofreading, i will give training how to pronounce, record and create audio books and they will upload the created 20 audio files to Wikimedia commons.

8. Describe your team. Please provide their roles, Wikimedia Usernames and other details. (required) Include more details of the team, including their roles, usernames, Wikimedia group, and whether they are salaried, volunteers, consultants/contractors, etc.
