As described on Deoband Community Wikimedia/Roles, my work includes overseeing the overall development of the Deoband Community Wikimedia. I manage collaborations, plan and support events, and offer universal support to our volunteers and Wiki Clubs.

This plan is a part of the DCW's Strategic Activity plan for April 2025 - December 2025.

Decision-making processes are currently led by volunteer Executive Board which comprises of 5 voting members. These include Aafi, Durre Shehvaar, Khanahmedsam, Koshur, and Raydann, alongside few other non-voting advisory members. The Board is also supported by Core Organising Teams of our Wiki Clubs. These members are listed on respective member lists. Durre Shehvaar also handles and supports the DCW Conversation Hour, a role which is now based on an honorarium. The major paid role is around Program administration, currently held by Aafi.

The program and its ideas have been discussed in our internal communication channels such as WhatsApp, and also through virtual meetings and discussions, more recently in the 13th edition of DCW Progress Prism Conversation. We will continue improving the broader activity plan in our subsequent calls and events.
