  1. The core goal is to bridge the knowledge gap on Wikipedia and its sister projects by making information more accessible. significant portion of Wikimedia content is created by a small, demographically narrow group of volunteers, leading to a bias in what topics are covered.
  2. Lack of Engagement and Participation: Many people are not aware that they can contribute to Wikimedia projects. The editing interface can be intimidating for newcomers, and there's a need to simplify the process and show people how their unique knowledge is valuable.
  3. Digital Divide: Not everyone has equal access to the internet, digital devices, or the skills needed to contribute. This exacerbates the content biases and makes it harder to build a truly global volunteer community.
