背景

由於維基百科編輯活動的規模和廣度（例），即使是進階編輯者和巡查員也可能會被資訊淹沒，不知從何下手。正如一位貢獻者所說： 「如果一個人的監視清單中有很多條目，並希望檢查所有或盡可能多的條目，就需要花費大量時間。此外，如果差異十分冗長，而且充斥著機器人的修改，要查看人工編輯者具意義的更改需要花費更多精力。」

貢獻者和編輯者需要更好的工具和功能來維護各自維基的品質，特別是首先要指明關注點和方式。 用例包括：希望維持其個人感興趣的特定主題（如大眾運輸系統）的內容品質的編輯者，以及希望確保熱門和有新聞價值的編輯（如2024年奧運會）或新頁面符合其維基的品質標準的編輯者。

目標

本重點領域與以下維基媒體基金會目標相關：

• WE1：資深貢獻者和新貢獻者都在線上聚集在一起，更加輕鬆地建立值得信賴的百科全書。

Support this = more time that can be used for any other contributions; however I don't think it's (only) "prioritization" – it's also (mainly) better task organization including removals of repetitive tasks that don't need to be done or tags/notes for watchlisted items.
