Add Wikipedia Mobile App’s Reading Lists to the Website (Community Wishlist/W102/ja)

Description

Wikipedia’s mobile app has a feature for bookmarking articles into reading lists. Currently desktop users need to install a browser extension to access these, which only works on Firefox/Chrome and appears to be no longer supported. Please add this functionality to the Wikipedia site itself so that users of all browsers can access it.
