Add view count to videos (Community Wishlist/W107)

Currently, when we upload any kind of media, we can know how many times an article containing that media has been opened. This stat is not perfect, but can be a fair metric for images. There are projects, especially those related to content creation and GLAM aiming to upload also videos, but we can't get visualization statistics, so it is complex to justify the effort of uploading a video to Commons as we don't know the impact. Adding a visualization count (i.e. how many people click on play) would improve our experience and makes easier to know what people are looking for at Wikimedia projects.
