However, this is only allowed if <ref name="Quelle"/> is in the article. Other sources must be provided elsewhere, usually below == Literatur ==. This, however, overstates the literature, which is a false impression, see e.g. de:Orthogonale Koordinaten. Literature not cited in the text should be rated lower, by being listed under <references>...</references> in the text even if it does not occur, which currently generates the following error message:

- Turn off this error message (and, if desired, convert it into an unobtainable warning.)
