Edit introduction instead of the entire article (Community Wishlist/W117)

Description

Below the title add an option to edit only the introduction/description (also known as 'section 0') instead of having to edit the entire article.

This change would also provide a better overview in the version history.

This functionality is already available on many wikis as a gadget (see Phab:T2156 for details), but it would benefit from better design on many skins and being incorporated into the backend.
